Yesterday I got my package from webike that would be Keyster Carburetor Fuel Adjustment Kit .This is very special product because it has includes everything anyone wanted to rebuild TDUB early modle carb.Very much idendical to the OEM quality .OEM Parts bit expensive but this kit has everything.According to the OEM PRICES THIS FUEL ADJUSTMENT KIT WAY MORE CHEAPER..I'm currently running oem 114 mainjet and 40 pilot jet and Pilot screw/air screw 1.5 turns from fully seated.according to the spark plug reading (chocalate brown color) that was a great choice.after I got this fuel adjustment kit I wanna try 112 mainjet and 110 main jet with the 37 pilot jet (lean condition). The kit comes with a paper sheet with everything written on it, so even though the sentences are in Japanese, the diagrams on the carb are easy to understand, even if you don't know Japanese..If anyone want to know the english version of this paper ,can download the english version from the keyster website.I would say great investment for the bike and very easy to installed.and will be a great experiment.WEBIKE Shop is one of the best shop for buy finest quality and rare products for cheap prices.webike shop offers great service.so anyone can buy product with confident. webike packaging is awesome.they secure the items inside the box with the bubble (doesn't matter the product size, they do it anyway ) wrap for further protection.I highly recommended.WEBIKE.. awesome people and 5star shop. .Thank You !!View Detail

After a recent exhaust change, the original gasket was just not cutting it and was leaking pretty badly. It was decided to get a brand new geniune Yamaha one. The part was rpetty straight forward to find using the tools Webike provide. The cost of this gasket was very good value so in my basket to order. With a few other parts, the shipping worked out good value too. Shipped via EMS and arrived all perfect in 5 days. The riginal gasket had been used so was not working as it should and had started to delaminate, this new one is perfect. This looks like is it made up of better material than the original one as that had a lot of copper in it. The gasket is nice and smooth but you can clearly see it has a rough essence to it which works well to seal the ports. Fitted really easily too with a lube to help it on it's way. Now the bike exhaust does not blow and I am confident that it will last for a few years more to come. As Long as the exhaust is not taken apart again that is.Great work Webike, thank you very much.View Detail

I'm going to install this new OEM OIL SEAL ON MY 1987 TW200.This OEM oil seal is located under the clucth lifter arm on the left side of the crankcase. First I had to drain the oil first then remove the left side cover (stator side) from the engine .Need to remove the clutch cable from the clutch lifter arm side..pull back the rubber clutch cable cover and loosen the clutch cable adjuster nuts with 12mm wrench. After removing the clutch cable from the clutch lifter arm ,loosen the clutch lifter arm stopper screw with #2 phillips screwdriver.remove the clutch lifter arm stopper screw and washer.remove the clutch lifter arm.Now I can Clearly see the older oil seal.before removing the older oil seal first I have to remove the snap ring with snap ring pliers.remove the older oil seal with a flat screwdriver.drive in the new seal with a suitable driver or socket that has the seam outside diameter as the seal.Install the snap ring into its groove with snap ring pliers. lubricate the clutch lifter arm upper portion with lithium soap based grease and lower portion of the clutch lifter arm apply fresh engine oil.Insert the lifter arm into the crankcase.Fit the spring into place on the lifter arm.Install the stopper screw with a washer so that it fits into the top groove of the lifter arm shaft.Tighten the stopper screw to 12NM/8.7 FT-LB.PUT BACK the left side cover and the clutch cable.don't forget to add fresh engine oil ,You 're Done.I do lot of stuff my self when its come to repair.DIY or Pay Someone smarter. As usual package arrived on time and neatly packed .WEBIEK High Quality Packaging right there. This K-PIT clutch lever look awesome, same as OEM one made by KITACO.Product price is so cheap than the Genuine OEM but the Quality is the same .I'm going to install this new clutch lever on my 1987 TW200.Slide back the rubber clutch cover first then I have to remove the clutch cable from the older clucth lever.Adjust the clutch cable for maximum free play.loosen the knurled lock nut and turn the adjuster in as far as it will go while aligning the slot in the adjuster and lock nut with the slot in the clutch lever perch.pull in the clutch lever with one hand while pulling on the clutch cable with the other.quickly release the lever and pull the cable out of the adjuster and remove it from the lever..Now I used crescent wrench to hold of the bolt on the top then use the 10mm ratchet to loosen the nut on the bottom & removed the bolt and the nut from the clutch lever. removed the older clutch lever , place a new K-PIT CLUCTH LEVER and tighten the bolt and the nut .insert the end of the clutch cable into the new K-PIT LEVER and guide through the slot in the perch, lock nut and adjuster .pull the clutch cable in and pop the cable housing into the adjuster as the lever released.Adjust the clutch cable free play to specification..took 10 to 15 minutes to get the job done. TW200 PETCOCK VALVE PACKING GASKET IS VERY HARD FIND THESEDAYS.So I ordered one from The Webike Shop.Valve Packing Installation process is very easy. First I had to remove all the fuel in the tank and removed the petcock from the tank .Older petcock valve gasket might need to replace cause sometime rubber material may worn out or cracked . mine still in a good shape but I got a brand new one inmy hand. to reach the older valve packing ,first unscrew the two phillips bolt that hold the valve in place. valve has a o-ring seal that fuel doesn't leak out .then the older valve packing. place a new valve packing and install the rest in an order .product price is so cheap.I ordered so many product from the WEBIKE store and never had a problem. This OEM O-ring is very special, O-Rings for engines have to be heat, oil and fuel resistant. Not all are created equal. Stay away from natural rubber O-Rings when heat is involved.Sometimes I use non OEM O-ring becuse I coudn't find Yamaha OEM O-ring at local shop ,had bad experience of leaking oil through the exhaust side valve cover.Doesn't matter how much but leak is a leak. This OEM O-RING CAN BE USE FOR VERY LONG TIME .price is so cheap too.the o-ring is supposed to stick up above the surface. When the cover tightened it flattens and compresses the o-ring and makes a good seal.I'm so glad webike have every parts that I searching. The Package received very quickly after dispatch from japan. Thanks WEBIKE for the High Quality Packaging and Service. The Best Online Parts Shop Ever .I highly Recommended.View Detail

Fits: YAMAHA TW200E 99-01, YAMAHA TW200 87-07
I really like this spoke set .This Dachi spoke set shiner and lighter .Absolutely Fantasic. The spokes on the right side and the spokes on the left side are sorted separately .so it is easier to lace the spokes on the rear wheel.Does include little instruction paper. It's says grease all the spokes threads before installation. After I removed all the old spokes from the rear wheel ,cleaned and painted with zinc spray then finished after 2k clear spray coated. lacing spokes on a rear wheel is so much fun .took 1hour to get the job done.I used Dachi stainless steel nipples instead of chromate plated nipple that comes with the spoke set..TW200 rear wheel need 32 nipples.I only had 30 dachi stainless steel nipples so I used two chromate plated nipples when I lacing a wheel.Time has come to true a rear wheel. I didn't have a truing stand so I decided to true rear wheel on a bike. Wheel truing is one of those tasks that is daunting to a lot of people – often viewed as some sort of dark art only to be mastered by beardy bike wizards that have spent years and years learning the craft. Thankfully, this isn’t actually the case, and anybody that can turn a wrench on their own bike can true a wheel.I watched lots of youtube ( how to true a motorbike wheel ) videos before started.SO I started my self.Truing wheels is something that a lot of people find difficult, or at least they imagine to be difficult. It’s easy to spin a wheel and see if it has a wobble in it, and this is one of the quickest ways to check your wheel health..Check side to side and up and down movement When spin the wheel, it can be pretty obvious when it’s moving side to side. After get the job done, Now I only need to tighten the spokes nipples. To order to do that I start at the valve and start tightening the spokes.Since the wheel is true, it is extremely important to tighten all spokes evenly! Start with full turn each.tighten the first spoke next to the valve then skip three spokes then tighten 4th spoke and tighten all the wayaround.I kept tighten all the spokes this pattern, it would allow the tension on both sides of the rim within the same revolution of the wheel.then check the tension on all spokes by “listening to them. You can do this by tapping them with, for instance, a screwdriver. A tight spoke will make a nice “PING” sound, loose spokes will sound flat. The higher the ping sounds, the tighter the spoke. Tighten all spokes equally until all spokes will have a nice ping sound. So I Successfully Completed. took me an hour a true a rear wheel.I can do it anybody should be able to do this.DIY or Pay Someone Smarter. As usual The Package Arrive On Time. Thanks WEBIKE for the High Quality Packaging.I'm very satisfied with their service.WEBIKE SHOP I Highly Recommended.5Stars.Thank You So MuchView Detail
